Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel free up to 60 minutes before pickup. After that a small call-out fee covers the driver's travel.
In short: free cancellation more than 60 minutes before pickup. Inside 60 minutes a LKR 900 call-out fee applies, and once the driver has arrived the LKR 1,800 minimum fare applies. To cancel, call or WhatsApp 0703697800 - we answer 24/7.

Refunds
Because payment is settled in cash or by bank transfer at the end of the booking, there is rarely anything to refund. Where a deposit was paid for a wedding, outstation trip or island-wide vehicle drop and the booking is cancelled outside 24 hours, the deposit is refunded in full by bank transfer within 5 working days. Inside 24 hours, 50% is retained as described above.
If you are unhappy with any part of a completed booking, call 0703697800 within 48 hours. We review every complaint ourselves and, where the fault is ours, we waive or refund the fee.
Changing a booking instead
Changing the time, the pickup address or the driver's duration is free at any point before the driver is dispatched, and free afterwards if the change is minor. It is almost always cheaper to move a booking than to cancel it - just message us on WhatsApp.
