What personal details does Ceylon Drivers collect?

Only what is needed to send you a driver: your name, phone number, pickup and drop location, service type, and your preferred date and time. Nothing else is required to book.

Do you store card or payment details?

No. We never ask for card numbers, CVV codes or online banking credentials. Payment is settled in cash or by bank transfer directly at the end of your booking.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data. Your pickup details are shared only with the specific driver assigned to your booking and our 24/7 dispatch team.

How do I ask you to delete my details?

What we collect

When you book a driver by phone, WhatsApp or the website form, we collect your name, contact number, pickup and drop locations, the service you need and your preferred date and time. If you contact us by email we also hold your email address.

Our website records standard, aggregated analytics such as pages viewed and approximate region. This is used to improve the site and is not tied to your booking.

Why we collect it

To assign and dispatch a driver, to confirm a price with you, to contact you about your booking, to handle follow-up requests and complaints, and to keep basic records of completed trips for accounting and safety purposes.

We do not use your details for automated profiling or for third-party advertising.

Who can see it

Your booking details are visible to our dispatch team and to the driver assigned to your trip. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled inside WhatsApp's own encrypted service. Website form submissions are delivered to our dispatch WhatsApp number.

We do not pass customer data to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

How it is protected

Every page and booking request on ceylondrivers.lk is served over encrypted HTTPS/TLS. Our site and booking flow run on compliance-ready cloud infrastructure - those certifications are held by our hosting and infrastructure providers to ceylondrivers.lk.
